We're for adoption
This year at the hands on farm we have decided that in order to properly place our animals we had to have some rules. The first rule is that it is necessary to have anyone who is interested in a pet fill out the appropriete form at the farm and leave it with us to check over. If we feel that your home is not a suitable home for this particular animal we have the right to say so. The second rule is that you must wait at least one night to think things over. Many of us have been the victim of an impulse buy whether it be a shirt a pair of shoes or a pet. It is important to us that our animals make only one transition, from our facility to a new home. We also feel that if you are going to get a new pet than you are going to want to get all the necessary accessories for your pet whether it be a litter box, a cage, bedding or some toys. If you decide to get this pet(whatever it may be) we will send you home with an information package(although you may already have the information) so that we feel that you are fully informed. We have a very strict policy that the animals that are adopted from the Hands on Farm are not ever to be used for breeding, there are too many animals in the world who need loving homes for any more lives to be created. If you have made your way onto this website from the information package that has been provided to you then there are many things that you can learn from being here. If you need a list of things for your new pet follow the lists link at the bottom of the page. If you would like some information on the particular animal that you are adopting then follow the link for that animal at the bottom of that page. We hope that you enjoy your visit and thank you for stopping by.
